Reggio Calabria launches advanced healthcare management training

The seventh edition of the advanced training course for healthcare management, titled ‘Economy, Law and Management of Healthcare’, has been presented for the 2026/2027 academic year. The program is promoted by the Order of Physicians, Surgeons and Dentists of Reggio Calabria in collaboration with the Mediterranean University of Reggio Calabria and is authorized by the Calabria Region.

Designed to address the evolving needs of the medical profession, the course covers organizational, economic, legal, and managerial aspects alongside clinical care. Dr. Domenico Pistone noted that the course is mandatory for those aspiring to become department directors, allowing professionals to gain essential skills locally in Reggio Calabria without the need for costly travel.

Professor Francesco Manganaro and the President of the Order, Pasquale Veneziano, also highlighted the importance of the multidisciplinary collaboration between health, legal, and economic expertise.
