Regie achieves Gold SLA Status from Philip Morris International

The Lebanese Tobacco Monopoly, known as Regie, has achieved Gold SLA Status for the first time from Philip Morris International (PMI). This rating is part of PMI’s Service Level Agreement evaluation system for its manufacturing partners.

According to a statement from Regie, the achievement follows significant and sustainable improvements in factory performance during June and July 2026. The Gold status is based on three primary pillars: service and production commitment, adherence to quality standards, and cost management efficiency. This recognition highlights the technical and administrative capabilities of Regie's staff in implementing global best practices in industrial production and operational excellence.
