Regimento de Cavalaria N.º 3 military history Estremoz Liga dos Combatentes military traditions

The Regimento de Cavalaria N.º 3 (RC3), located in Estremoz, has hosted various community initiatives focused on history and education. On August 13, approximately 50 members of the Liga dos Combatentes Battle Nucleus visited the regiment to explore its visitable collection, which preserves military history and traditions.

Additionally, the RC3 concluded its 2026 summer program for children, having hosted a total of 145 participants. The initiative allowed children to interact with military heritage, including horses and vehicles, to foster an understanding of army life and traditions.
