Regina police charge three people in double homicide investigation

Regina Police have charged three individuals in connection with a double homicide investigation that began on August 11. The incident occurred in the 1100 block of Elphinstone Street, where a 42-year-old woman and a 37-year-old man were found deceased following reports of gunfire.

Faizon Alexson, 30, has been charged with two counts of second-degree murder, unauthorized possession of a firearm, and possession of a firearm or ammunition contrary to a prohibition order. Additionally, Rose Sparvier, 42, faces two counts of second-degree murder, and Patricia Stevenson, 19, is charged with two counts of second-degree murder along with firearm-related offenses.

The names of the deceased are being withheld at the request of their families. The investigation remains ongoing.
