RegioJet expands mobile food‑ordering app to all train classes

RegioJet has extended its mobile application for ordering refreshments on trains to cover every travel class. Previously limited to the Low Cost and Astra/Standard classes, the service is now available in Business, Relax and Standard cabins as well as the economy class. Passengers in Business and Relax can place orders immediately after departure, while a short activation delay applies to the other classes. The company says the change will shorten waiting times, simplify staff workflow and keep personal service by stewards intact. RegioJet’s customer‑service manager Šárka Randáková and spokesperson Lukáš Kubát emphasized that the app is an additional option and does not replace onboard staff, who will continue to serve passengers across all classes. The rollout was announced in the Czech Republic and Slovakia.
