Located on the first floor at Hildesheimer Str. 20, the centre offers a clearly guided layout with a central registration desk, waiting area, preparation room and interview rooms, plus a flexible space for events. Regional officials describe it as a welcoming venue that reflects the region’s values of openness and transparency; Cordula Drautz, the regional councilor, and Sebastian Exner, head of Service Personnel, highlighted its role in attracting talent for the public sector.
