Regional administrative disputes involve Cusir and Urbisaglia service tenders

In the ongoing dispute regarding the Archimede University Consortium (Cusir), Vice President Sebastiano Caporale has issued a formal response to Regional Assessor Mimmo Turano. Caporale disputes Turano’s claims that the crisis is solely the responsibility of Cusir, citing regional documents that suggest the administration failed to follow up on its own designated representative.

Caporale has demanded specific actions, including the definition of 2024 contribution liquidations, the resolution of presidency acceptance issues, the activation of control bodies, and concrete measures for personnel and services. He argues that Turano’s public statements omit critical administrative steps taken by the Region.

Separately, in Urbisaglia, the minority group ‘Insieme per Urbisaglia’ has raised concerns regarding the management tender for the ‘Angelo Buccolini’ nursing home and the ‘Il Piccolo Principe’ nursery. The group highlights a lack of financial coverage and the absence of mandatory minimum assistance minutes in the municipal specifications. They warn that without these quantitative parameters, the quality of care for elderly residents and staff working conditions could be compromised.
