Regional agricultural and ecotourism fairs announced in Dominican Republic and Bolivia

The Fundación Ciencia y Arte (FCA) has announced the start of preparations for the 31st Ecotourism and Production Fair in Bonao, Dominican Republic. Scheduled to take place from November 5 to 15, the event will be hosted in the La Salvia-Los Quemados-Blanco district. Russia will serve as the guest of honor, with representatives from Haiti and El Salvador also expected to attend.

This edition will feature the first Water Fair, organized with the Special Fund for Agricultural Development (FEDA), and a livestock exhibition supported by the Bonao Breeders Association (AGABO). The organizers aim to promote the province as a global destination for ecotourism and sustainable investment.

In Bolivia, the AGRO VIDAS 2026 technical fair is set to take place from October 15 to 17 in Santa Cruz. Hosted at the FUNDACRUZ fairgrounds, the event expects to host over 40,000 visitors and will feature more than 400 exhibitors and 1,500 brands. The fair focuses on bringing innovation, machinery, and technological solutions to the agricultural sector, with anticipated participation from producers in Peru and Argentina.
