Regional art festivals and exhibitions launch in Italy

Various cultural events are taking place across Italy, highlighting regional artistic heritage. In Villanova, the sixth edition of the “Corti, Colline, Comunità e…” festival concludes with a tribute to the painter Guglielmo Caccia at the Church of San Martino on September 27. The event, titled “Ritratto d’artista con angelo,” offers an immersive theatrical experience designed to commemorate the 400th anniversary of Caccia's death.

In the Veneto region, the seventh edition of “Arte in Villa” has launched at Villa Marini Rubelli. The collective exhibition, titled “Dis-Connessioni,” is curated by Milena Stradiotto and will remain open to the public until October 31. This year's exhibition features a tribute to the late sculptor Piergiorgio Rebesco, marking the 90th anniversary of his birth, and explores themes of expressive freedom and breaking away from preconceived models.
