Regional authorities meet to discuss innovation and institutional development

In Risaralda, Colombia, the third session of the Departmental Council of Science, Technology, and Innovation (CODECTI) was held to strengthen institutional coordination and regional scientific development. The meeting focused on the General Royalty System and project management to address local needs and technological transformation. In Coahuila, Mexico, the Board of Directors of the Higher Technological Institute of the Carboniferous Region (ITESRC) held its fourth ordinary session. Attended by educational authorities, government representatives, and the productive sector, the meeting reviewed institutional progress and academic projects.
