Regional beauty pageants prepare for upcoming elections in France

Various regional beauty pageants are preparing for upcoming elections in France. In the Lorraine region, four representatives from the Vosges department are competing for the Miss Lorraine 2026 title, aiming to bring the crown back to the department for the first time in over a decade. Candidates include Pauline Mangin, who intends to use the platform to advocate for mental health, and Sarah Lhuillier, a neurology nurse and volunteer firefighter.

In the Picardie region, fifteen candidates from the Oise, Somme, and Aisne departments are set to compete for the Miss Picardie 2026 title at the Elispace in Beauvais. The contestants include Sarah Moreira Rodrigues, Aïssata Ly, Margaux Maulny, and Keyssia Blain.

Other regional competitions include the Mister France Roussillon 2026 election and the Mister Universel Nord-Pas-de-Calais contest in Saint-Omer.
