Regional book fairs host panels on audiovisual narratives and integral wellbeing
The 16th Santiago del Estero Book Fair featured a panel organized by the Universidad Nacional de Santiago del Estero (UNSE) titled “Contar desde el territorio: producción, pantallas y soberanía en las provincias”. The discussion, involving experts Alejandra Guzzo and Carolina Rojo, addressed regional audiovisual production, public policies for regional promotion, and the challenges of federal communication in the digital age, including the impact of artificial intelligence.
At the 11th Health Sciences Book Fair, Ena Eréndira Niño Calixto from the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México (UNAM) led a workshop on integral wellbeing. The session emphasized a preventive approach to self-care, focusing on physical, emotional, and social dimensions. Niño Calixto encouraged transforming daily routines into restorative rituals to recognize bodily needs and prevent the risks associated with exhaustion and self-medication.
