Regional culinary and organic fairs announced in France

Several regional culinary and agricultural events are scheduled in France. In Saint-Bonnet-le-Froid, the traditional mushroom fair will take place on November 7 and 8. The event features a dried mushroom market, a producer and artisan market with over 200 exhibitors, mycological exhibitions, and culinary demonstrations. The village, known for its gastronomy and association with chef Régis Marcon, will also offer themed tastings and hikes.

In Gourdon, the 17th Bio du Lot fair is set for October 11. Organized by the association Bio 46, the event expects more than 60 exhibitors showcasing organic products such as saffron, honey, wine, cosmetics, and local produce. The fair aims to promote organic farming in the Lot department and facilitate direct interaction between local producers and consumers.
