Alessandro Borghese debuts new culinary show Kitchen Sound on Sky

Chef Alessandro Borghese is returning to television with a new five-part series titled “Alessandro Borghese Kitchen Sound – Ritorno di Fiamma”. The program is scheduled to debut on Saturday, November 7, at 18:30 on Sky Uno, with streaming availability on NOW and Sky Go.

The format focuses on transforming unpleasant culinary memories or disliked dishes into new, enjoyable gastronomic experiences. Borghese will host various guests, including Andrea Pezzi, Gabriele Corsi, Francesca Manzini, ZW Jackson, and Chiara Francini, to reinterpret recipes that previously failed to impress them.

In addition to the television broadcast, the production is expanding into digital formats. Starting November 11, episodes will be released as podcasts and vodcasts every Wednesday on YouTube and other major audio platforms.
