Regional culinary festivals held in Venezuela and Bolivia
Regional culinary events are taking place in Venezuela and Bolivia. In Venezuela, the dairy and beverage brand SILSA made its official debut at the Gastronomía Oriente-Sur fair held in Maturín. Distributed by Distrilac and Disetnoca, the brand is expanding its portfolio to include pasteurized juices, powdered milk, and lactose-free options to ensure supply in the Monagas and Delta Amacuro states.
In Bolivia, approximately 100 restaurants are participating in the Month of Bolivian Cuisine throughout October. Organized by the Puente entre Culturas foundation, the initiative aims to promote local products and regional dishes from all nine departments. The program includes culinary contests for students and various gastronomic fairs to showcase the country's diverse ingredients and culinary traditions.
