Regional cultural and community events held in Aukštaitija, Lithuania

Various regional events took place in the Aukštaitija region of Lithuania. In Ukmergė, the eighth JAUDAR camp brought together youth workers from several municipalities, including Molėtai, Rokiškis, Trakai, Panevėžys, and Anykščiai. The gathering focused on sharing professional experiences and testing new activity methods. The event concluded with a traditional flag handover to the Rokiškis youth center, which will host the 2027 meeting.

In the Panevėžys district, the 29th Derlius 2026 harvest festival was held at the narrow-gauge railway depot. The event featured local farmers showcasing diverse produce, ranging from traditional grains to grapes, watermelons, and hemp products. The festival also included displays of vintage agricultural machinery and crafts, celebrating the work of approximately 2,800 farm managers and 1,500 farmers in the region.
