Regional cultural festivals and pageants advance in Mexico and Spain

Various regional cultural competitions and festivals are entering critical stages in Mexico and Spain.

In Santa Rosalía, candidates for the Reina Expo Feria Santa Rosalía 2026 are entering their final week of preparation before the grand finale scheduled for August 27. Participants have recently engaged in workshops focused on image, protocol, and personal presentation to build confidence and professional skills. The group of finalists includes ten contestants undergoing intensive training in runway walking and public speaking.

In Valencia, the selection process for the Fallera Mayor has reached a milestone. Following a series of interviews, 73 preselected candidates have been identified. These participants will move on to upcoming traditional events, including the Sopar de la Punxà and the Batalla de Flores, before undergoing final testing in September.
