Regional cultural festivals held in Olmeda de las Fuentes and Couso

Various regional cultural celebrations are taking place in Spain. In Olmeda de las Fuentes, a municipality in the Community of Madrid, the traditional Galician Magosto festival is being observed. This autumn celebration centers on fire, chestnuts, and warm wine, bringing the atmosphere of northwestern Spanish forests to the Madrid highlands.

In Couso, located in Gondomar, the Festa Comuneira is scheduled for August 29. Organized by several local entities, the event features a diverse program including live music, theater, craft lectures, and family activities designed to strengthen community ties and promote rural culture. The festivities will continue on August 30 with the inauguration of Colmenar da Subiada.
