Regional development initiatives focus on Tokat and Adıyaman

In Tokat, Ceyhun Beken, President of the Ankara Tokatlı Businessmen and Bureaucrats Association, has called for the establishment of a Faculty of Veterinary Medicine at Tokat Gaziosmanpaşa University. Beken emphasized that the region's strong potential in agriculture and livestock requires new academic investments to support animal health, scientific research, and modern breeding techniques.

In Adıyaman, a meeting was held in Ankara between AK Party officials, including Deputy Mustafa Alkayış and Deputy İshak Şan, and a delegation from the Adıyaman Chamber of Commerce and Industry (ATSO) led by President Mehmet Torunoğlu. The discussions focused on enhancing the city's economic potential, increasing investment opportunities, strengthening production capacity, and creating new employment areas through cooperation between the public sector and the business community.
