Regional development: New housing and retail projects in Poland

ZGM TBS is advancing residential construction in Częstochowa. The company expects to select a contractor for its second building on Łódzka Street within two weeks. Bidders include Katowice-based DOMBUD and Olesno-based Grupa AMB Budownictwo, with bids ranging from 7.2 million PLN to 9.8 million PLN. If the process proceeds as planned, construction could begin later this year. The four-story building will offer one-, two-, and three-room apartments, equipped with an elevator, parking, and playgrounds. This project is part of a larger development that could eventually house up to 400 apartments.

In Tomaszów Mazowiecki, Family Partners has applied for a building permit to develop a new retail park near the S8 route. The project has already received environmental approval and complies with local zoning plans. Construction is slated to begin in early spring, with an expected opening in the first half of 2028. Commercialization is already underway, with initial lease agreements signed for food and DIY sector tenants.
