Regional development projects advance in Gondomar and Tomiño

In Gondomar, local authorities and the Vincios Montes Community are advancing Phase II of the A Pasaxe industrial park. Following an agreement with the Vigo Free Zone Consortium, officials met to discuss technical and legal aspects, including expropriation processes and the relocation of the Vincios football field. The project aims to strengthen the local business fabric and promote employment in the Vincios parish.

In Tomiño, the municipal government and the Taborda Montes Community are collaborating to establish a Rural Endowment Center. The project, which aims to revitalize the rural area through social and cultural activities, will be supported by a 50,000 euro municipal subsidy and funding requested from the 2023-2027 Leader program, co-financed by the European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development.
