Regional development projects discussed in Ordu and Adıyaman meetings

In Ordu, the 4th Provincial Coordination Board meeting, led by Governor Muammer Erol, addressed strategic highway projects. Serdar Ateş, Samsun Regional Manager of Highways, reported that the completion timeline for the Ordu Ring Road will be finalized by year-end. Additionally, landslide remediation on the Ünye-Akkuş-Niksar route is targeted for completion by the first quarter of 2027 at the latest. Work continues on the 34.7 km Kabadüz-Çambaşı road, with 16.7 km currently finished.

In Adıyaman, Governor Abdullah Küçük presided over the 2026 Provincial Coordination Board meeting. The session reviewed 217 ongoing projects implemented by 25 public institutions, with a total value of 129.75 billion lira. As of the third period of 2026, 12.05 billion lira has been spent, representing a 50% annual cash realization rate. The projects include 172 items from central budget institutions and 45 projects from local administrations.
