Regional developments in Brazil: Vila Food inauguration and Edifício Lume launch

The facility features 25 standardized kiosks designed to relocate merchants previously operating at Praça da Juventude. The infrastructure includes parking, landscaped areas, seating, and accessible restrooms.

In Alagoas, the construction company Telesil Mais officially launched Edifício Lume, a new high-standard residential development located in Pajuçara. The launch event, held during the Salão do Imóvel Ademi 2026, was attended by over 1,000 real estate brokers. The project is positioned as a key addition to the Maceió real estate market for 2026.
