Regional economic initiatives launched in Sardinia and Piedmont

Various regional initiatives are underway in Italy to support employment and local industry. In Sardinia, ASPAL and Sardegna Lavoro have announced numerous job openings and training paths across the island. Key vacancies include construction workers, cleaners, and accountants in Nuoro, as well as roles for drivers, mechanics, and software analysts in various municipalities such as Sorgono, Assemini, and Sassari.

In Piedmont, the regional government is conducting a series of meetings regarding Craftsmanship Development Areas (ASA). This initiative aims to boost the competitiveness of artisanal businesses through shared programming between local authorities, trade associations, and chambers of commerce. To support these areas, the Piedmont Region is offering grants between 25,000 and 40,000 euros, covering up to 80% of eligible expenses for strategic territorial planning.
