In Argentina, Fundación Mirgor has launched a new edition of its Basic Initial Course (CBI) program in Río Grande. Following an interest from over 1,500 applicants, 215 participants have begun training designed to improve employability and industrial sector readiness. The curriculum covers production plant dynamics, effective communication, interpersonal relations, and teamwork.
In Colombia, the Medellín Mayor's Office, through Sapiencia, has announced an investment of approximately 1,000 million pesos to provide 1,175 free English language training spots. The initiative targets early childhood caregivers, including Buen Comienzo agents, community mothers, and students. The 60-hour program combines in-person and virtual learning to equip educators with pedagogical tools to introduce English to children aged 0 to 5.
