Regional educational grants announced in Valencia and Navarra

The Generalitat Valenciana has opened applications for the 2025-2026 Extraordinary Vocational Training Awards. These awards recognize academic excellence and student achievement for those who have completed intermediate and higher-level vocational training cycles in the Valencian Community. Interested students must submit their applications and supporting documentation to their respective public centers by November 13.

In Navarra, the Department of Education has approved a 20,000 euro fund to support teacher training for the 2026-2027 academic year. These individual grants are intended for teachers in public non-university centers to enhance professional competencies through activities organized by educational administrations, universities, or non-profit institutions.

The Navarra grants are divided into two categories: Modalidad A provides up to 400 euros for activities held within Spain, while Modalidad B provides up to 800 euros for activities held abroad. Subsidies cover registration, travel, and accommodation, though specific exclusions apply to university degrees, language certifications, and personal vehicle travel costs.
