Regional employers in Hradec Králové and Pardubice receive workplace excellence awards

Several companies in the Hradec Králové and Pardubice regions have been recognized for excellence in workplace environments and employee care through various regional competitions.

In the ‘Be an Inspiration’ competition held by the Hradec Králové Region, NOHO, Sklopísek Střeleč, and Škoda Auto received awards for being employee-friendly. NOHO was honored in the small company category for its focus on intergenerational cooperation and flexible working arrangements. Sklopísek Střeleč won in the medium-sized category, noted for its mentoring programs and focus on mental and physical health. Škoda Auto was recognized in the large company category.

In the Pluxee Employer of the Year competition, Foxconn Czech Republic was named the leader in the category of companies with up to 5,000 employees for the Pardubice and Hradec Králové regions. The evaluation, based on PwC Saratoga methodology, considered factors such as wages, benefits, and turnover. Other notable winners included Iveco Czech Republic, which won the ‘Canteen of the Year’ award for its corporate catering services.
