Regional events in Tres Arroyos include fishing contest and gaucho festival

The Club Marea Roja is finalizing preparations for the 6th edition of its fishing competition, scheduled for October 11 in Reta. The event features a total prize pool of 48 million pesos for the heaviest catch (excluding 'chucho'). The first-place winner will receive 20 million pesos, with subsequent prizes for second and third place, as well as various categories for women, cadets, and club members.

In San Mayol, the 'Amigos y Baguales' gaucho festival concluded with a successful event. Organizers Pancho Santarén, Luis Prátula, and Matías Di Noyo reported significant attendance from neighboring areas such as Pringles, Dorrego, and Juárez. The festival included rodeos and musical performances, with a new vehicle awarded to a participant from Coronel Pringles.
