Regional fashion events expand in Croatia and Montenegro

Regional fashion events are expanding in the Adriatic, highlighted by the 18th edition of the Rijeka Stairs in Croatia and the second annual Fashion Bang in Montenegro.

In Rijeka, the stone stairs near the Grand Hotel Bonavia will host 18 fashion shows on August 28. The event, which has run for nearly two decades, serves as a platform for Croatian design, young talent, and sustainable fashion. The two-hour program will feature various designers, including Miau Couture and Hitomo, and will be broadcast live on television.

In Montenegro, the Fashion Bang event will take place in Kotor from August 14 to 16. Following a successful debut, organizers Jelena Kašćelan and Milena Mačić aim to bring fashion back to the heart of the Old Town. The program includes collections from designers such as Marko Krstić, Sanja Matijević, Marina Banović, and Predrag Đuknić, concluding with a showroom on the final day.
