Regional film cycles held in Cañadón Seco and San Juan

Various film programming events are taking place across Argentina. In Cañadón Seco, the Comuna de Cañadón Seco organized the Patagonian Short Film Cycle at the Sala de Muestras de la Proveeduría Cultural. The event featured award-winning works from the 18th Corto Rodado International Festival, including titles such as ‘Semillas del Viento’, ‘Petroka’, ‘Azulado’, ‘(IN)Transitable’, and ‘Impulso Natural’. The cycle included a discussion with filmmakers regarding the current state of Argentine cinema and the importance of audiovisual education in the Patagonia region.

In San Juan, the UPCN San Juan Cultural Hall is hosting the ‘Noviembre 2026’ film program. This series offers free admission to various comedy films, including ‘Perra Vida’, ‘El Patrullero 777’, ‘Hasta que amanezca’, and ‘Una mujer sin filtro’, scheduled throughout the month of November.
