Regional football updates: Match cancellation in Senegal and tournament victory in Tengrela

In Senegal, the Zone 2/B Navétanes football final in Tambacounda was canceled after ASC Rakadiou and ASC Entente Quinzambougou refused to complete required administrative formalities. The ODCAV committee characterized this as a serious breach of ONCAV regulatory provisions and subsequently issued sanctions against both clubs. The cancellation occurred despite significant supporter mobilization and the presence of sponsor Maître Seydou Tounkara.

In Côte d'Ivoire, DILONG-FA FC of Siniéna won the second edition of the ‘Onidjidé de Tengrela’ social cohesion maracana tournament. Following a scoreless regulation period, DILONG-FA FC defeated FC SNOKIS of Banfora 2-0 in a penalty shootout. The winners received a trophy, medals, 200,000 CFA francs, a ball, and a jersey set.
