Regional forums to address AI in creative industries and educational neuroscience

The sixth edition of the Foro Caribe Naranja will take place on October 6, focusing on the role of artificial intelligence within the cultural and creative industries. Under the theme “Human creativity: what AI cannot imagine,” the forum aims to bring together business leaders and public institutions to discuss how new technologies impact the production, distribution, and consumption of cultural goods. Specialist Octavio Kulesz is scheduled to present on the future of culture in the algorithmic era, addressing challenges such as intellectual property, employment, and cultural diversity.

Separately, the second Congress of Innovation in Neuroscience, Psychology, and Education (CIN 2026) is scheduled for September 26 in Santo Domingo. This event will gather international experts from Spain, Puerto Rico, the United States, and Colombia to address educational inclusion and neurodevelopment. The congress aims to provide scientific approaches to cognitive challenges in educational and clinical settings, emphasizing the importance of methodologies that support the academic and emotional development of children and adolescents.
