Regional French sports: ASCBB basketball loss and Saint-Aubin FC football victory

In regional French sports, ASCBB suffered a 72-79 home defeat against Portel in a basketball match marked by player frustration. The loss was attributed to several factors, including an injury to Hugo Bourgoin and the expulsion of Clavel Ndema Moussa following technical fouls caused by inappropriate conduct. Coach Stéphane Noé criticized the player's attitude, stating that such behavior prevents the team from succeeding.

In football, Saint-Aubin FC secured a 2-1 victory over CO Cléon in a D1 derby match. Despite a difficult performance, Saint-Aubin FC maintained its leadership position with its fourth consecutive win. CO Cléon, conversely, suffered its fourth consecutive defeat, with coach Omar Konte citing a lack of clinical finishing and physical fatigue in the final half-hour as key reasons for the loss.
