Regional French sports: CA Ribérac and Lescar face upcoming challenges

In regional French sports, CA Ribérac prepares for a challenging rugby match against Salon-la-Tour Uzerche in the Régionale 1 championship. Following a forced rest period due to scheduling gaps in Pool 2, coach Benjamin Mignot noted that the break allowed injured players to recover, though managing the irregular competition rhythm remains a challenge. The team expects a physical contest, particularly in ground play, against an opponent they previously faced in the Ligue Nouvelle-Aquitaine semi-finals.

In table tennis, the Lescar team faces a significant test in the N3 championship against La Rochelle. After a strong opening victory against TOAC-Blagnac, Lescar aims to capitalize on their team homogeneity and doubles efficiency to secure a win. While La Rochelle is considered strong on paper, uncertainty regarding their roster composition provides Lescar with an opportunity to potentially take the lead in their pool.
