Regional French sports clubs announce new seasons and festivals

Regional sports clubs in France are preparing for upcoming seasons and hosting community events. The Basket Club de Foissiat is actively recruiting motivated players for its senior women's team with the goal of promoting to the PRF. The team will be led by a new coach, David Grimont.

In Viriat, the RC Viriat is organizing a multi-day sports and culinary festival from August 28 to August 30. The event features various rugby matches, including fixtures involving Meyzieu, Nantua, and Swiss clubs such as Nyon and Servette Genève. The festival also includes a festive program with traditional food offerings.
