Brazil is hosting various culinary events highlighting regional gastronomy. At Beach Park in Aquiraz, the first Festival de Moquecas do Ceará is taking place from September 19 to October 4. The event features an exclusive menu at the Restaurante de Praia, including seafood moqueca, shrimp fritters, and a vegan cashew moqueca designed by chef Ivan Prado.

In Boa Vista, the Mormaço Cultural festival has integrated a significant gastronomic component. The event features 60 food entrepreneurs and a culinary competition involving 14 chefs organized by the Boa Vista Foundation for Education, Tourism, Sport, and Culture (Fetec). Renowned chef Olivier Anquier visited the festival to sample regional dishes and interact with local entrepreneurs.
