In regional German sports, FC Starkenburgia 1900 e. V. secured a 2-0 victory against Lindenfels. After a scoreless first half, the Heppenheim-based team gained the advantage following tactical offensive changes. In basketball, TV Langen defeated the Basketball Löwen Erfurt with a final score of 71-63. Despite a period of instability in the second quarter caused by frequent substitutions, TV Langen regained control in the second half. Headcoach Tobias Jahn noted that while the rotations disrupted the team's flow, the return of experienced players helped secure the win.
