Regional golf tournaments conclude in Argentina and Venezuela

Various regional golf tournaments concluded in August across Argentina and Venezuela. In Trenque Lauquen, Argentina, several medal tournaments were held. Recent winners include Nazareno Changazzo in the central category (0 to 12 handicap) and Mariano Iribarren, who secured victory in a 36-hole tournament with 70 strokes.

In Venezuela, the Junko Golf Club hosted an amateur tournament from August 21 to 23. Gabriel Restrepo won the men's championship category with a total of 209 (-1). Other notable winners at the Junko event included Héctor Castillo in the first men's category, Nicolas Brillemburg in the second, and Diego Fernández in the fourth. In the women's divisions, Francis Fornino took first place in the first category, while Anabella Rivas won the second category.
