Various regional government initiatives in Venezuela and Argentina have focused on bringing essential public services directly to local communities to improve accessibility.

In the Tovar municipality of Venezuela, the “Garantía a la Identidad y Protección” route provided over 500 people in the Las Hernández sector with identification services, including new and renewed ID cards via Saime. The deployment also included legal, social, and medical assistance from multiple national and regional institutions.

In Argentina, the “ER con Vos” program in Gualeguay offered residents access to provincial services such as DNI management, social programs, health, education, and housing assistance at the NIDO center. Simultaneously, the Municipality of Esquina conducted an “Operativo Integral,” providing medical care, nutritional controls, and social assistance to more than 100 residents within their neighborhoods.
