Regional industrial forums held in Aomori and Fukushima

Regional industrial development forums were held in Aomori and Fukushima prefectures to support local business growth and innovation.

In Aomori, the 21 Aomori Industrial Creation Forum focused on growth strategies for small and medium-sized enterprises. The event included the 21 Aomori Awards, recognizing four local businesses for their contributions to regional development and management improvements. A keynote lecture by Professor Emeritus Ryo Kanda addressed transformative management and productivity in response to changing economic environments.

In Fukushima, the Business Forum in Shirakawa aimed to foster collaboration between companies involved in the Fukushima Innovation Coast Framework and local businesses. The forum featured presentations on hydrogen fuel cell development and renewable energy initiatives for a decarbonized society. Approximately 80 participants, including representatives from various industries and local governments, attended the event to exchange information and explore new business opportunities.
