Regional initiatives launched in Hauts-de-France and Occitanie

The CESER Hauts-de-France has launched the fourth edition of the 'Prix des dynamiques et solidarités rurales'. This initiative aims to highlight and reward local projects in municipalities with fewer than 2,000 inhabitants that promote rural development through innovative and solidary actions. The program covers various sectors, including agriculture, culture, tourism, and social cohesion, with a total endowment of €40,000 to be distributed among winners. Applications are open until April 19, 2026.

In the Occitanie region, a participatory budget of €500,000 has been allocated to support student associations. This fund is designed to allow students to finance innovative projects intended to improve the daily lives of their peers and enhance university success. Projects can focus on areas such as nutrition, social isolation, and sports. Following a period of registration, voting will take place in March 2027 to determine which projects receive funding.
