Regional Italian festivals and community services see high engagement

Various regional cultural events and community services have taken place across Italy. In Asti, the Alpini volunteers provided organizational and civil protection support during the Festival delle Sagre to ensure safety and order for participants. Additionally, a representation from the Asti Section attended the 12th Alpini Gathering of the Piana Cuneese in Genola, which included the inauguration of a new monument.

In Chiavenna, the 66th edition of the Sagra dei Crotti achieved record-breaking attendance. The event saw over 70,000 participants in the “Andèm a Cròt” paths and drew thousands of visitors to private crotti, bars, and restaurants. The festival, which was inaugurated with the presence of Minister of Economy and Finance Giancarlo Giorgetti and Governor Attilio Fontana, was supported by over 800 volunteers and local authorities to promote regional food, wine, and historical heritage.
