Regional Japanese cuisine highlighted in Kawagoe and Toyama

Various regional culinary specialties are being highlighted in different parts of Japan. In Kawagoe, Saitama Prefecture, several establishments offer famous dishes from other regions. Located in a renovated traditional building, the cafe uses high-quality eggs from Yasui Farm in Kamiichi. Their signature Tamagoyaki Gozen features an omelet made with four eggs, served alongside local Toyama ingredients and a custom dashi soy sauce from Fukui Prefecture. The cafe operates on weekends and offers various egg-based items, including egg sandwiches and egg bowls.
