The Regional Job Fair has launched, running from October 20 to October 27. The event is held entirely online, connecting job seekers and employers from Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, and North Macedonia.

In Serbia alone, the fair features 30 companies offering more than 300 job openings. The platform is organized into five thematic sectors: production, trade, services, IT, and a 'Startuj' section specifically designed for young people seeking their first professional opportunities.

Participants can explore company profiles, learn about working conditions and benefits, and use chat functions to ask employers direct questions. The event also includes a regional labor market survey to better understand candidate needs and trends, alongside a 'Treasure Hunt' activity offering various prize vouchers.
