Regional literary and cultural events scheduled across Italy

Several regional cultural and literary events are scheduled across Italy in October 2026.

In San Martino della Battaglia, the DialetTiAmo 2026 awards ceremony will take place on October 17 at the In-Solito Bar. The event celebrates dialect poetry, music, and local literature. Highlights include the presentation of the historical novel ‘Il fantasma di Padernello’ by Erica Gazzoldi, dialect poetry performances by Velise Bonfante, and a musical preview of new works by singer-songwriter Ermanno Paganini.

In Udine, the ‘Oltre i confini’ literary review concludes on October 10. The final day features five appointments, including morning sessions at the Istituto Marinoni for students and teachers. These sessions cover topics ranging from the 1976 Friuli earthquake to international issues in the Amazon, Ukraine, and Palestine. Afternoon presentations will be held at the Libreria Tarantola, featuring works such as ‘Dalle foglie alle radici’ by Giulia Minichetti.
