Regional Minister Alessandro Piana Opens San Bartolomeo Archery Championship

The XXXIX Trofeo San Lorenzo took place in San Bartolomeo al Mare, Italy, serving as the venue for the Campionato Regionale Targa 2026. Regional Minister Alessandro Piana attended the event, marking the 45th anniversary of the Compagnia Gli Arcieri di San Bartolomeo. Olympic archer Chiara Rebagliati, a member of the Fiamme Oro sports group, competed in the tournament. Piana praised the organizers, including Graziano Callegari, the president of the Ligurian FITARCO committee, and highlighted the event’s role in promoting sport, social cohesion, and local identity.

The championship awarded regional titles and underscored the long‑standing importance of archery in Liguria, with the minister emphasizing sport’s contribution to community life and territorial development.
