Regional motorsport races scheduled in Bečej and Vlasenica

Regional motorsport events are scheduled for upcoming weekends in Bečej and Vlasenica.

In Bečej, the ‘Nagrada Bečeja 2026’ auto-cross race will take place on August 22 and 23 at the Arena Tisa track. Organized by SM Racing Team and ASU Somborska arena, the event features a 950-meter dirt track with six curves. Competitions will include various classes such as Junior Baggy, Baby Buggy, and a Women's Cup. The event emphasizes environmental protection, requiring participants to use impermeable mats in service areas.

In Vlasenica, the ‘Nagrada opštine Vlasenica’ hill climb race will draw drivers from Bosnia and Herzegovina, Serbia, Montenegro, and Republika Srpska. The 7,100-meter track is part of the Open Championship of Republika Srpska. The program includes vehicle verification on Friday, August 14, training sessions on Saturday, and the main race on Sunday, August 16. A special auto-sprint race is also featured this year, with an awards ceremony held at the city square following the competition.
