Regional municipalities advance infrastructure and development projects

The Municipality of Tordinci has released its semi-annual report for the first half of 2026. Mayor Davor Adžić highlighted progress in communal and social infrastructure, specifically noting the commencement of a new kindergarten to support young families and demographic renewal. The report also covers ongoing investments in education, sports, culture, and social care.

In Montenegro, the Municipality of Tivat is addressing significant traffic congestion, with approximately 36,000 vehicles passing through the area between Lepetane and the airport daily. Branka Čelanović, public relations coordinator for Tivat, stated that the primary solution is the construction of a four-lane boulevard through the city. The municipality is currently in the final stages of selecting a bidder for the main project design. This development is part of a broader Strategic Development Plan for 2029, which includes 71 projects such as water and sewage network upgrades, new school facilities, and a bypass to alleviate transit traffic.
