Regional news updates from Chile and Colombia

In Chile, recent news reports highlight various regional and political developments. These include concerns regarding the presence of fecal coliforms in the drinking water of La Serena, political debates surrounding the proposed state of exception by Kast, and criticisms regarding Chile's potential incorporation into the Escudo de las Américas.

In Colombia, Radio Nacional has launched ‘Patria Milagro Al Día’, a weekly program broadcast across 74 frequencies every Friday. The initiative aims to connect regional territories with the administration of President Abelardo De La Espriella. The program focuses on three main pillars: national security and public order, reconstruction efforts in areas affected by the August 10 earthquake, and updates on the activities of the president and his cabinet.
