Regional sporting and cultural events held in Italy

Various regional sporting and cultural initiatives have taken place across Italy, focusing on nature and local heritage. In San Benedetto del Tronto, the “Salute in cammino” project drew over 350 participants. Organized by Unione Sportiva Acli Marche APS and Associazione Il Marcuzzo, the program included guided tours of the Sentina Nature Reserve and historical sites such as the Abbey of San Benedetto Martire and the Torre dei Gualtieri.

In the Aspromonte region, the 42nd Marcialonga Verde Aspromonte in Gambarie attracted more than 500 participants. Organized by Csi Reggio Calabria in collaboration with the Municipality of Santo Stefano d’Aspromonte, the event featured competitive and non-competitive races, guided walks, and activities for children within the Aspromonte National Park. The event aimed to promote social participation and environmental appreciation through sport.
